Dr. Weaver lived in Africa as a child where his parents served on a medical mission assignment. The hospital was located in Tanzania East Africa, and nurtured in him, both cultural sensitivity and development of a world view. Upon returning to the United States, his family settled in Lancaster, becoming neighbors with his future wife Anne. They have three children—Keri, Lara, and Seth—and currently live in Brownstown.
When he is not working, Dr. Weaver and Anne remain active at James Street Mennonite Church, Lancaster Pa, where Dr. Weaver is involved with music leading in the worship service and Anne teaches Sunday school. Anne has a Life Coach practice and is finishing a Masters of Divinity degree at Eastern Mennonite University. Dr. and Mrs. Weaver enjoy running together, working out at the gym and reading. “I enjoy relationships with my patients and encouraging them to live healthier lives. Motivating patients both young and old to take responsibility for their health has become a mission for me!”
