Jeffrey Cassel joined WRR in 2005 as our orthodontic technician, bringing 26 years of orthodontic experience to the practice. He holds a Liberal Arts degree in Biological Science from Temple University. Jeff is married to Susan and has 3 sons, John, Joshua, and Jeff, Jr. The family also has a dog and two cats. Jeff’s many hobbies include motocross racing, ATV riding, Nitro RC 4x4, and RC Helicopter recreations. He loves anything outdoors, such as camping, hiking, fishing, and aquaculture. “I enjoy the fellowship between the doctors, staff members, and patients at WRR, as we strive for the very best in dentistry and work together to fulfill a vision,” says Jeff.

Lisa Delp, C.D.A., E.F.D.A. joined the practice in 1999 as a business administrator. After attending Manor College in Jenkintown she earned her Expanded Function Assisting license. Away from the office, Lisa loves going to the movies, reading, and traveling. She enjoys indoor spinning, running, and participating in half marathons. She also loves spending time with family and friends, and taking care of her dogs. Lisa and her high school sweetheart husband Barry are the proud parents of two very handsome grown boys. Lisa loves working at WRR because she’s “surrounded by kind, caring co-workers who have exceptional talent and skill, they love what they do, and they’re superior at it! That makes it a pleasure to come to work every day.”

Bernadette DeNolf, one of our dental assistants, joined WRR in 2005. She is married to "a wonderful man," Craig. They have two adorable daughters, Mykayla and Kylie. In her spare time, Bernadette enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, spending time with her family, and "acting like a kid" with her girls. Her favorite things about working at WRR are her co-workers and the supportive, caring atmosphere of the office. "I love working with everyone here. I have never worked in such an upbeat environment."

Marie Guldin, C.D.A., E.F.D.A. is an expanded functions dental assistant bringing over 16 years of experience. She attended Manor College in Jenkintown and is certified in orthodontics. Marie and her husband Mike have three children, Nicole, Michael, and Christian. Marie enjoys walking, cooking, reading, and attending theater. She says her favorite thing about working here is “the staff, our patients, and the diversity of my work!”

Nicole Guldin is the youngest member of the WRR team, joining us in 2006. Her mother is our very own Marie Guldin! Nicole attends Pennridge High School where she is a member of the basketball team. She lives with her parents and two younger brothers, Michael and Christian. Nicole’s hobbies include shopping, playing basketball, Italian cooking, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. In the future, Nicole would like to travel to Italy, and her career goal is to earn a degree in the medical field. Her favorite things about working at WRR are “being around great people and that I never have to hesitate to ask a question.”

Diane Irwin, E.F.D.A. came to WRR in 1999 from a practice in Conshohocken, where she grew up. Diane has 41 years experience as a dental assistant and is certified in orthodontics and dental radiology. She is also a licensed expanded functions dental assistant and our Assistant Team Leader. Diane is married to Bill and has 2 adult children, Carly and Chris. Diane enjoys cooking, shopping with her daughter, and going to her son’s rugby matches. Since she and her husband are now empty nesters, they love to frequent their favorite restaurant and simply relax. Diane says, “I work for awesome doctors and with a great staff. It’s like having a family away from home. We have the nicest patients and it is our pleasure to care for them and a pleasure to come to work every day.”

Christie Knauf joined WRR in September 2006, bringing with her one year of experience in dental assisting. A newlywed, Christie enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin. She also enjoys snowboarding, art, and listening to all types of music. About working at WRR, Christie says, “I love the positive atmosphere and that everyone is really friendly.”

Ashleigh Miller, E.F.D.A., joined the WRR team in 2006. She is a graduate of Manor College in Jenkintown with an Associate of Science degree and E.F.D.A. certification. Ashleigh started in the dental field when she was just 15 years old! She and her husband Will have a dog, Booey. Ashleigh's hobbies include shopping, decorating, and scrapbooking. About working at WRR, Ashleigh says, "The doctors and the staff are great! It truly is a blessing to be here. I love it!"

Courtney Moyer is working toward completing her Dental Hygiene degree at Montgomery County Community College. To gain experience in the dental field, Courtney joined WRR as a sterilization coordinator in 2007. When not studying or working, she loves to cook, shop, read, and spend time with friends. She loves the atmosphere at WRR because “everyone is always willing to help and genuinely cares about you and your life outside of work.”

Amy Mitchell joined WRR as a dental assistant in September 2004. She moved to the area from Virginia, and had previously lived in Hawaii! She brings over 18 years of experience in dentistry and is now an expanded function assistant. Amy has two children, Cheyenne and Colt. In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling. Among her favorite things about working at Weaver, Reckner & Reinhart are her co-workers and the patients. “Also, this office is so high-tech that it makes every day interesting.”

Rachel Nase is Dr. Weaver’s original dental assistant, having begun her career in 1992 while still in high school. Today, she has orthodontic and dental radiology certification in addition to her vast experience. She and her husband Chad have 2 daughters, Jordan and Reagan. Rachel enjoys scrapbooking, cooking/baking, organizing anything and everything, and playing with her daughters. Her favorite thing about working at WRR is “having fun when I’m here!”

Sheri Patterson, C.D.A. and E.F.D.A. joined WRR in April 2002. Sheri brings over 8 years of assisting experience and is an expanded function assistant with a degree from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr. She and her husband Kevin have 2 children, Brandon and Kylie. Sheri loves biking, running, and especially art. She enjoys drawing, painting, calligraphy, scrapbooking, and crafts. Being our resident artist, Sheri says, “I have a passion for art and love to help out here with signs and posters for all of the wonderful prize drawings and fundraisers we do. I love placing fillings and sharing my day with my friends and co-workers.”

Connie Plawa began working for WRR in 2005 as a sterilization coordinator and dental assistant. She and her husband Paul have 3 children, 2 adult stepchildren, and 2 grandchildren. The family also has a pet dog, Katie. Connie dreams of spending as much time as she can on a beach, anywhere and anytime! However, she most often finds herself spending time keeping up with her 3 kids and all of their activities. Connie is also a licensed esthetician. Her favorite thing about WRR is the caring and friendly staff. "Everyone is knowledgeable and eager to teach others."

Tina Schaffer has been a dental assistant with WRR since August 2007. She has been married to her husband Mike for 10 years, and together they have a daughter Keeley. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. Tina enjoys working at WRR because “the staff and patients are great!”

Linda Schmidt, C.D.A. joined WRR in 2005 after moving back to the area from South Dakota. She has over 25 years dental experience. She has attended North Hennepin College in Minneapolis, Minn., and has her Expanded Function Assisting License. Linda says, “WRR is such a wonderful place to work. We work in such a great atmosphere—our patients, each other, the doctors. I have learned many new things and am challenged every day. I also have made a group of special new friends.”

Stephanie Senior joined WRR in 2007 as a dental assistant. She brought with her 7 years of experience and has her radiology license. When not at work, Steph spends her time with her son Dylan and two dogs. She also enjoys reading, watching movies, and dabbling with various crafts. In her time here she has noticed that “the doctors and staff are very caring about our patients and each other.”

Chris Zeledon joined WRR in 2008 as sterilization coordinator. Chris aspires to go on to dental school and possibly specialize in orthodontics after completing his Bachelor of Arts at Delaware Valley College. Chris enjoys spending time with his family, parents, and older brother who has Down’s syndrome. An avid lacrosse player and drummer, Chris has been a welcome addition to the team. He says his favorite thing about working here is “It never really feels like work!”

Barbara “Basia” Zwolinski joined Weaver, Reckner & Reinhart in 2000. She moved to the U.S. over 10 years ago from Poland after meeting her husband Arnold. (One of her patients!) Barb modeled for a short time before working at our practice and she still loves fashion and makeup. She and Arnold have 2 sons, Gabriel and Max. Barb loves to shop for good bargains, loves to design, and is an excellent cook. She really cares for her patients at WRR and enjoys assisting the doctors with root canals.
