KrystaSue Bennett

KrystaSue B. joined the WRR staff in September of 2011 as a dental assistant. She currently attends Montgomery County Community College, where she plans to further her education in the dental field. KrystaSue and her fiancé Greg are planning a 2013 beach wedding. In her spare time, she enjoys card-making and spending time with her nieces and nephews. KrystaSue is the niece of our very own Barbara D.

Jeffrey Cassel

Jeffrey C. joined WRR in 2005 as our orthodontic technician, bringing 26 years of orthodontic experience to the practice. He holds a Liberal Arts degree in Biological Science from Temple University. Jeff is married to Susan and has 3 sons, John, Joshua, and Jeff, Jr. The family also has a dog and two cats. Jeff's many hobbies include motorcross racing, ATV riding, Nitro RC 4x4, and RC Helicopter recreations. He loves anything outdoors, such as camping, hiking, fishing, and aquaculture. “I enjoy the fellowship between the doctors, staff members, and patients at WRR, as we strive for the very best in dentistry and work together to fulfill a vision,” says Jeff.

Michele DiCicco, E.F.D.A.

Michele D., E.F.D.A. joined WRR in January of 2010. She has an Associate of Science Degree from Manor College and her E.F.D.A. license. She brings with her eleven years combined experience as an assistant, orthodontic technician and E.F.D.A. Michele is married and has a son, Kevin. Her family also welcomed daughter Madison in 2012. She loves going down the shore, cooking, crafting and spending time with her family. Michele loves working at WRR because “everyday I am greeted with smiling faces. The dentists and staff truly care about you and make you feel like family. We perform a variety of procedures that greatly benefit our patients and it is a pleasure to be a part of the WRR team.”

Melissa Gleason, E.F.D.A., C.D.A.

Melissa G., E.F.D.A., Dental Assistant, joined WRR in November 2010 after working with Dr. Jack Brent. She and her husband, Dan, have three daughters, Marissa, Kayla and Kelsey. She enjoys riding her bike and spending time with her family. She is a member of a bicycle team which rides for various causes such as the American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis (M.S), and Diabetes Foundation. We welcome Melissa to the WRR dental family.

Melinda Goetter

Melinda Goetter, Dental Assistant, joined our practice in August 2015. She enjoys spending time with her family; husband, Wayne, and their children, Ben and Morgan, and wonderful dog Chief Wysox. In her spare time Melinda loves to go camping with her family and friends. About WRR, she especially appreciates how everyone is so kind and full of wonderful information.

Marie Guldin, C.D.A., E.F.D.A.

Marie G., C.D.A., E.F.D.A., Community Event and Project Coordinator, is a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant bringing over 20 years of experience to WRR. Marie joined our team in 1999. She is certified in orthodontics and also works with Invisalign patients. She attended Manor College in Jenkintown. Marie and her husband Mike reside in Hilltown and have three children, Nicole, Michael and Christian. Marie enjoys cooking, walking, physical fitness, theater and spending time with her family. Marie is our project coordinator and has organized many community activities and events such as movie night and Thanksgiving baskets for local families. She says her favorite thing about working here is ”the staff and our patients! Dental Assisting requires a talent for multi-tasking which keeps me interested in and loving my career.”

Diane Irwin, E.F.D.A.

Diane I., E.F.D.A. came to WRR in 1999 from a practice in Conshohocken, where she grew up. Diane has 43 years experience as a dental assistant and is certified in orthodontics and dental radiology. She is also a licensed expanded functions dental assistant and our Assistant Team Leader. Diane is married to Bill and has a son, Chris, and a daughter, Carly, who was recently married to Patrick. Diane enjoys cooking, shopping with her daughter, and going to her son's rugby matches. Since she and her husband are now empty nesters, they love to frequent their favorite restaurant and simply relax. Diane says, "I work for awesome doctors and with a great staff. It's like having a family away from home. We have the nicest patients and it is our pleasure to care for them and a pleasure to come to work every day."

Valerie J. began working at WRR at the end of December 2013. She started out as our hygiene assistant and has recently moved on to the assisting side in September  2015. Valerie graduated from Quakertown High School in 2002 and is married to her husband, Scot. They have two cats named Jipsee and Sparty. She loves playing soccer, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends. Since she began at WRR she has especially enjoyed the friendly family environment of the office.

began working with Weaver Reckner Reinhart in September 2006. About working at WRR, Christie says,"I love the positive atmosphere and that everyone is really friendly."

Evan Kern


Evan K.
joined our team in the fall of 2016 as a dental assistant. He has two older brothers, and both a dog and cat. Evan enjoys playing lacrosse, working out, and following sports especially hockey and basketball. He loves how friendly the staff is, and feels it makes his experience at WRR “amazing.”

Joie Meyers

Joie M., C.D.A., E.F.D.A. joined the staff of WRR in 2010 as our sterilization coordinator. Joie loves working at WRR because everyone is always willing to help.

Ashleigh Miller, E.F.D.A.

Ashleigh M., E.F.D.A., joined the WRR team in 2006. She is a graduate of Manor College in Jenkintown with an Associate of Science degree and E.F.D.A. certification. Ashleigh started in the dental field when she was just 15 years old! In January 2011, she and her husband, Will, have son, Caleb, and a daughter, Gwen, born in 2015. Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and decorating. About working at WRR, Ashleigh says, "The doctors and the staff are great! It truly is a blessing to be here. I love it!"

Cheyenne Mitchell

Cheyenne M. joned WRR as a Sterilization Coordinator in December 2014. She is excited about working alongside her mother, Amy Mitchell. Cheyenne enjoys collecting records and listening to music, watching films, cooking and going to museums. She is currently a student at East Stroudsburg University majoring in clinical psychology. What she especially likes about working at WRR is "the positive environment and the team’s willingness to help one another."

Amy Mitchell

Amy M-S., E.F.D.A., joined WRR as a dental assistant in September 2004. She moved to the area from Virginia, and had previously lived in Hawaii! She brings over 18 years of experience in dentistry and is now an expanded function assistant. Amy is married to Michael, and has three children, Cheyenne, Colt and Cannon. In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling. Among her favorite things about working at Weaver, Reckner & Reinhart are her co-workers and the patients. "Also, this office is so high-tech that it makes every day interesting."

Courtney Moyer

Courtney M., C.D.A., E.F.D.A. is working toward completing her Dental Hygiene degree at Montgomery County Community College. To gain experience in the dental field, Courtney joined WRR as a sterilization coordinator in 2007. When not studying or working, she loves to cook, shop, read, and spend time with friends. She loves the atmosphere at WRR because "everyone is always willing to help and genuinely cares about you and your life outside of work."

Jackie Maginnis

Jackie M. We are pleased to have Jackie join our Dental Assistant team. When not working she loves spending time outside walking her two dogs, Murphy and Kale, hiking, climbing, and horseback riding. Jackie also enjoys relaxing time at the beach and in the mountains. She has appreciated how the entire staff is so polite, helpful and supportive!

Jennifer Macartney

Jennifer M. joined WRR in 2017. She has 9 years experience in the dental field and graduated from Cabrini College. Jennifer is married and has a son, Bobby, and a daughter, Allison. In her spare time she enjoys going to the shore and spending time with her family. She appreciates how friendly and willing her co-workers have been to help. “They care not only about their patients about about each other,” says Jennifer.

Maria Murphy

Maria M. joined WRR in October 2012 as a dental assistant. Maria Graduated the Dental Assisting program in 2012 at the Upper Bucks Technical School. She is x-ray certified in Radiology. When not at work Maria enjoys riding her horse and driving her Jeep wrangler. When asked why she likes working at WRR, Maria says " Everybody is very helpful and a joy to work around."

Jordan Nase

Jordan N. joined the WRR team in 2017. Although she is new to the dental field her mother Rachel Nase began working with Dr. Weaver as his original dental assistant in 1992. Jordan is a junior at Boyertown Senior High School. She enjoys playing her guitar, singing and making recordings for her youtube channel, riding four wheelers, going to the mountains, and cooking and baking.

Rachel Nase

Rachel N. is Dr. Weaver's original dental assistant, having begun her career in 1992 while still in high school. Today, she has orthodontic and dental radiology certification in addition to her vast experience. She and her husband Chad have 2 daughters, Jordan and Reagan. Rachel enjoys going to the mountains, 4-wheeling and being outdoors with her family. The best part of working at WRR is the positive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone truly cares for one another and our patients making it such a unique place to work. 

Samantha Petrov

Samantha P. joined our team in the fall of 2016 as a dental assistant. She currently is attending Montgomery County Community College for dental hygiene and has two years experience in the dental field. In her spare time Samantha enjoys kayaking, spending time with friends and family, and going to the beach. What she likes the best about joining our team is the inviting environment and enthusiastic, helpful co-workers.

Heather Pilla

Heather P., C.D.A., E.F.D.A. joined the staff of WRR in 2006. She graduated from Harcum College. Heather has over 9 years of experience as a dental assistant and over 6 years as an E.F.D.A. She has a son, Tanner, and husband, Chris. Her hobbies include cooking, shopping and spending time with family and friends. Heather’s favorite thing about working at WRR is the compassionate and friendly atmosphere.


Tina Schaffer

Tina S., E.F.D.A. has been a dental assistant with WRR since August 2007. She has been married to her husband Mike for 10 years, and together they have a daughter Keeley. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, traveling, and reading. Tina enjoys working at WRR because "working here is like having a large extended family.”


Linda Schmidt, C.D.A. and E.F.D.A.

Linda S., E.F.D.A. joined WRR in 2005 after moving back to the area from South Dakota. She has over 25 years dental experience. She has attended North Hennepin College in Minneapolis, Minn., and has her Expanded Function Assisting License. Linda has two children, Doug and Angela. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, boating, traveling, and crafting. Linda says, "WRR is such a wonderful place to work. We work in such a great atmosphere – our patients, each other, the doctors. I have learned many new things and am challenged every day. I also have made a group of special new friends."

Kristin Waldron

Kristin W., C.D.A., E.F.D.A. joined the WRR team in August of 2011, bringing one year of experience in dental assisting. Kristin is a 2008 graduate of the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Performing Arts. She currently resides in Green Lane and has two sisters. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys snowboarding, music and art. Her favorite thing about working at WRR is “the encouraging work environment and everyone’s friendly disposition.”

Barbara “Basia” Zwolinski

Barbara “Basia” Z. joined Weaver, Reckner & Reinhart in 2000. She moved to the U.S. over 10 years ago from Poland after meeting her husband Arnold. (One of her patients!) Barb modeled for a short time before working at our practice and she still loves fashion and makeup. She and Arnold have 2 sons, Gabriel and Alex. Barb loves to shop for good bargains, loves to design, and is an excellent cook. She really cares for her patients at WRR and enjoys assisting the doctors with root canals.
