Keeping Halloween Fun (for your teeth, too!)

In just a few short days it will be Halloween and kids will be going door to door, marching in parades, having fun with their friends in their costumes, and perhaps even stock-piling treats for a few weeks to come.

Here are a few tips to keep a healthy smile;
1. Avoid hard candies that stay in your mouth a long time, or sticky candies that cling to your teeth. 2. Drink more water, preferably fluoridated water, to rinse out your mouth 3. Chew sugarless gum after meals or treats to increase saliva and neutralize acids from dental plaque. 4. Here's the most important, be sure to brush your teeth twice a day, and floss every day to remove plaque from under your gum line and between teeth.

Get Your Delicious Apple at Your Next Office Visit

Gala, macintosh, empire, granny smith, red delicious, honey crisp, we love them all! This fall, after your office visit, be sure to pick out a yummy apple from our apple basket before you leave. It's one of our favorite giveaways, and our way of saying "thanks" to our wonderful patients. And a special thanks to our young patients, James and Leah, who are demonstrating how great it is to eat apples at our Souderton office!

Enjoy Our New Our 20th Anniversary Cookbook

We have produced a 140-page Classic Recipe Cookbook filled with delicious recipes for appetizers, beverages, soups, salads, vegetables, main dishes, breads/rolls, and desserts all submitted by our doctors and dental team. We can't wait to show everyone what we have produced! We especially want to thank Diane Irwin (L) and Nancy Moyer (R) for all of their hard work and dedication to this project.

You can purchase a copy of the cookbook for $10 and all proceeds of this fundraiser will go to the Keystone Opportunity Center. The cookbooks make a wonderful Holiday gift. Just stop by our office to pick up your copy, or one for a friend!
